Delivery Of The Siem (Security Information And Event Management) System To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And The Contractor Granting The Ordering Party A License Subscription For Its Use Until September 30, 2026 - If Any Exist For The Delivered System And Have A Duration Other Than Perpetual.1.2. Providing Documents Issued By The System Manufacturer Confirming The Granting Of A License Subscription - If Any For The Delivered System.1.3. Carrying Out The Service Of Installation, Configuration, Implementation And Integration Of The System In The Ordering Partys Environment In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Document And The Agreement In Consultation With The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Implementing Ict Projects And Best Practices In Their Implementation.1.4. Conducting Post-Implementation Workshops For The Ordering Partys Employees By The Contractor, As Well As Providing Training Materials And Instructions.1.5. Providing Technical Support For The Delivered System.1.6. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Installation And Implementation Services Provided.2) The Subject Of The Order Is Financed From The European Funds For Digital Development Program 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23.3) The Subject Of The Order And Its Detailed Conditions, Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. Ulica T. Kościuszki 2, 07-210 Długosiodło At The Expense And Risk Of The Equipment Contractor In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).5) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Should Meet The Minimum Requirements - Not Worse Than - Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).6) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Include All The Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.
