Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: The Delivered Goods Must Be: 1) Fresh, Of First Quality, Meeting Polish Standards, 2) Having Current Expiration Dates Given On The Packaging - The Same For The Entire Delivery Of A Given Product - In Accordance With The Content Of Column 4 Of The Product List, 3) Properly Packed, Marked And Delivered (Containers, Plastic Bags Undamaged, Clean), 4) Free From Defects That Prevent Its Consumption, 5) Fully Consistent With Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Column 3 Of The Product List,4. Additional Information Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Will Come From Current Production And From The Same Batch And Should Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Principles Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practice) And Applicable Regulations, In Particular It Should Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended).
