The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In Ciasna, Together With All Formal And Legal Arrangements And Permits Allowing The Conduct Of A Public Procurement In Accordance With The Applicable Public Procurement Law, And Then The Commencement Of Works And Putting Into Operation A Fully Operational Sewage Treatment Plant. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Necessary Data For The Preparation Of Documentation Includes The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Technological Calculations For The Current And Target Period For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Ciasna, Constituting An Annex To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).
