Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Household Chemicals With Transport For Organizational Units Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Household Chemicals Along With Transport For The Organizational Units Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular Delivery And Delivery To The Organizational Unit Of Pg Placing The Order.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Based On The Ordering Partys Partial Orders Submitted Electronically By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In Which The Ordering Party Specifies The Required Quantity Along With The Requirements Regarding Packaging, Labels And Safety Data Sheets.5. Within The Contractual Amount, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes (Reduce/Increase) The Subject Of The Order Specified In Individual Items Of The Item And Price Form, Due To Needs That The Ordering Party Cannot Precisely Predict During The Term Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Products Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Description Of The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.7. The Contractor Entering The Procedure Must Have Technical Means To Perform This Contract.8. The Supplied Household Chemicals Meet The Technical Requirements, In Particular: A) They Come From Current Production, B) They Are Free From Defects And Rights Of Third Parties, C) They Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Commercial Circulation, If Required By The Relevant Legal Provisions. 9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In The Quantities Indicated In The Material And Price Form. The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Provision Of Services With A Value Of Not Less Than 50% Of The Value Indicated In § 4 Section 1 Of The Contract.10. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery And Its Delivery To The Organizational Unit Of Pg Placing The Order11. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Use The Option.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
