The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Successive Catering Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Which Will Take Place As Part Of Successively Organized Meetings Related In Particular To: Guest Visits, Conferences, Seminars And Occasional Refreshments During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Services For The Purposes Of Projects Financed From European Union Funds And International Projects Implemented At The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And It And Other Projects That May Arise During The Term Of The Contract.2. Codes According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification:• 55520000-1 Food Delivery Services • 55321000-6 Food Preparation Services3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Material And Quantitative Scope Is Included In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Quantities Given Therein Are Not Binding And Constitute Only An Estimated Quantity In The Expected Period Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order. Actual Quantities Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.6. The Offer Submitted By The Contractor Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract For Which The Contractor Is Applying. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz Together With The Annexes.
