Successive Purchase And Delivery (Over A Period Of 12 Months) Of Software Licenses Available Under One Collective Licensing Program, Dedicated To The Education Sector, Divided Into Two Types Of Licenses: A) Perpetual Licenses, B) Temporary Licenses.1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Have Electronic Means Enabling Their Receipt, In Particular By Making Them Available Via The Software Manufacturers Portal.4. Contractors Obligations:4.1. Application Of Manufacturers Prices Resulting From The License Agreement, Less The Discount Granted (As Part Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor). 4.2. By The 28Th Day Of Each Month, Sending The Ordering Party An Electronic Version Of The Product List, Prepared On The Basis Of Programs Specified By The Manufacturer, Resulting From The License Agreement Valid For The Following Month.
