The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Acquire A Modern, Complete Case Management Solution As A Saas Service That Meets The Requirements Of Data Management Legislation And Public Administration. The Solution Must Support Case Management, Document Management, Information Management, Decision-Making Preparation, Meeting Management And Related Official Processes. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Intended To Include A Complete Case Management Solution, A System Implementation Project, Support And Maintenance Services, As Well As The Necessary Expert And Further Development Services. The Solution Must Support The Entire Life Cycle Of The Case, From Initiation To Decision Making, Notification And Archiving. Currently, The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Uses A Case Management System That Includes The Tweb Case Management System, The Valmu Office Holder Decision And Meeting Material Solution, The Portal Meeting System And The Webarkki Information Management System. During The Year 2025, The Systems Processed Approximately 15,000 New Cases, 3,700 Office Holder Decisions, 160 Meetings And 1,700 Institutional Decisions. There Are Currently Around 1,000 Active Users. In The Preparation Of The Procurement, Solutions On The Market And Their Suitability For The Needs Of The Welfare Area Are Evaluated. Particular Interest Is In Information Control, Case And Document Management, Workflows, Office Holder Decisions, Meeting Management, Electronic Transactions, Electronic Signatures, Reporting And Implementation Methods Of Integrations. The Integration Targets To Be Considered For The Time Being Include Identity Management, Electronic Archiving, Contract Management And Suomi.Fi Services.
