It Is A Request For Information / Market Survey, The Purpose Of Which Is To Gather Comments, Development Proposals And Ideas For Procurement Implementation And Tendering From Potential Future Bidders. The Attachment Contains Questions Regarding The Purchase, And The Customer Requests Answers To Them In A Free-Form Attachment, Which Should Be Returned To This Information Request Notice. The Information And Descriptions Presented In This Announcement Are Preliminary And Indicative Preliminary Information, Which Do Not Bind The Purchasing Unit To Make The Actual Purchase Or To Implement It As Described In The Request For Information.
