Forest Park Government (The City) Is Soliciting Bids For Janitorial Services From Qualified And Experienced Janitorial Service Providers To Perform Routine Cleaning, Sanitation, And Maintenance Services For Various City-Owned Facilities. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Maintain A Clean, Safe, And Sanitary Environment For Employees, Residents, And Visitors.The Contract Will Be For An Initial One (1) Year Term With The City Reserving The Right For Two (2) Optional One-Year Renewals At The City¿S Discretion. It Is Estimated That There Are Eight (8) Locations Requiring Frequent Janitorial Services. This Rfb Will Cover Any Other City-Owned Or Leased Facilities That May Require Janitorial Services Within The Term Of The Contract.
