Tenders Are Invited For Agapé Community Center

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction And Demolition Work, Consisting In The Removal Of The Existing Building And The Subsequent Construction Of A New Building Of The Community Center And The Congregation House Of The Parish Choir Of The Czech Brethren Evangelical Church In Pardubice In Hronovická Street, Including Its Functional Connection With The Existing Church. The Building Is Designed As A Five-Storey Building Including Social Halls, Facilities For Community And Cultural Activities (Kitchens, Offices), An Outdoor Courtyard And Residential Units On The Upper Floors, Including Related Construction And Technical Installations. This New Building Will Be Connected By A Covered Corridor To The Neighboring Apartment Building At Sladkovského Street 669. In This Building, The Existing Apartment Unit Will Be Modified, Which Will Be Newly Arranged As Three Separate Offices. Tanks For Hot Water Heating Will Be Installed In The Basement Of The Same Building, And Connection To Technical Networks Will Be Implemented Here.
