The Purpose Of The Procurement Is The Development Of Up To Three Innovative Language Technology E-Tools Based On The Development Idea Described In The Final Tender Submitted By The Contractor In The Public Procurement. The E-Tool Must Support The Learning Of The Estonian Language Of The Described Target Groups And, In Addition To Educational Value, Have The Potential For Further Development Into A Marketable Product And For Wider Use. Within The Framework Of The Procurement, The Customer Expects Commercially Viable Solution Ideas, In Which The Technical Feasibility, Development Plan And Business Model Are Described. The Executor Must Be Ready To Prove The Market Potential Of The Solution, The Ability To Develop It Into A Marketable Product And Ensure Its Further Marketing And Sustainable Operation. The Customer Signs Contracts With Up To Three Providers For The Development Of Language Technology E-Tools.
