Tenders Are Invited For Designing The Viims Circular Economy Center

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Design A Modern Circular Economy Center. Part Of The Work Is The Design Of Entrance And Traffic Areas, An Office Building, Overpass, Canopies, Utility Networks And Other Buildings Necessary For The Efficient Operation Of The Waste Plant. The Design And Subsequent Construction Of The Circular Economy Center Is Supported By The Estonian Environmental Investment Center (Kik) From The Measure Development Of Infrastructure For The Separate Collection Of Waste. The Work Includes The Design Work Of The Outdoor Areas And Buildings Of The Circular Economy Center, Including, In Appropriate Cases, The Application For Building Permits And The Submission Of Construction Notifications, If The Designed Planned Activity Requires It. The Scope Of The Design Work Is Defined By The Buildings And Outdoor Areas To Be Built And Rebuilt, In Terms Of Engineering Networks And Traffic Management, As Well As The Bordering Area Outside The Property To Ensure Connection To Engineering Networks And Traffic Management And Entrances To The Property In Accordance With The Sketch Project.
