Due To The Close Connection, These Three Subjects Are Combined As One Contract On The Market And The Tender Is Not Divided Into Lots. The Natural Advisory Function Has A Logical Connection With The Audit (Findings) And It Is Organizationally Efficient And Effective To Outsource Special Audits To An Accountant Who Knows The Organization And The Administration. The Service Provider To Be Contracted Contributes To The Following. The Assignment Relates To The Provision Of Accounting Services For Roc Midden Nederland (Hereinafter: Roc Mn). The Scope Of The Assignment Is Based On The Nature, Size And Complexity Of The Organization. Roc Mn Is An Educational Institution In Secondary Vocational Education With Approximately 1,800 Employees And An Annual Income/Expenses Of Approximately € 200 Million. The Organization Has 16 Educational Locations And A Central Supporting Organization With Associated Administrative Processes.
