The Contracting Authority Therefore Needs To Reintroduce The Software Broker Function To The Market And Make It Future-Proof. The Aim Is For The Software Broker To Develop From A Primary Executing Party Into A Proactive And Expert Collaboration Partner, Who Supports The Municipality In Optimizing License Use, Controlling Costs And Identifying Relevant Market Developments. -
