The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Net Quantities Of Medium And Low Voltage Active Electricity And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The Agency For Public Enterprises And Control (Appk) For A Period Of 60 Months Or Until The Estimated Value Of 460,162.69 Euros Without Vat Is Reached, Which Is The Threshold. The Total Amount Of Electricity Consumed By Medium Voltage For The Period June 2025 - May 2026 Is 326,005 Kwh, And The Amount Of Low Voltage Electricity For The Same Period Is 1,357 Kwh. The Indicated Values ​​Correspond To The Expected Quantity On An Annual Basis For The Period Of Execution Of The Public Order. As A Result Of The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Under Art. 11, Item 10, In Conjunction With Art. 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Namely Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer - Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of The Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
