Tenders Are Invited For Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Major And Ongoing Repair Of Municipal Roads And Streets, The Facilities And Their Accessories On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hitrino In Three Separate Positions

The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Items As Follows: Specific Item 1 - Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation And Major Repair Of Municipal Roads, The Facilities And Their Accessories On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hitrino; Special Item 2 - Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation And Major Repair Of Streets, The Facilities And Their Accessories In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hitrino; ​​​​​​​Specific Item 3 - Ongoing Repair Of Roads And Streets, The Facilities And Their Accessories In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hitrino. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Each Individual Position With Up To 3 (Three) Contractors Or A Smaller Number, In The Event That There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Participants Meeting The Selection Criteria And The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Conducts An Open Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement, In Which All The Conditions For Awarding The Subsequent Specific Contracts Are Not Determined In Advance. The Scope, The Volume, The Specific Activities And The Term Of Execution Of The Individual Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Determined According To The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Applicable Regulations Within The Term Of The Agreement. The Awarding Of Specific Contracts Will Be Carried Out Through An Internal Competitive Selection In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 3-6 Of The Zop, By Sending A Written Invitation To The Parties To The Framework Agreement, Specifying The Activities, Object And Scope Of Implementation. When Conducting An Internal Competitive Selection, Participants Cannot Offer Less Favorable Price Conditions Than Those Stated In Their Initial Offer. In Case A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Participant On The Basis Of Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Requires The Same To Supplement Its Offer Before Awarding Specific Contracts. Offers May Be Submitted For One, Several Or All Individual Positions. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions For Which An Offer Can Be Submitted, As Well As The Number Of Positions That Can Be Assigned To One Participant. The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And The Regulations For The Implementation Of Public Procurement (Ppa) Apply To All Outstanding Issues.
