The Contractor Should Prepare All The Necessary Documentation During The Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 On The Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction, Until The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Act Model 15). In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Scope, Volume And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification; In The Attached Project Documentation And Ccs, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
