The Purpose Of The Order Is To Perform The Assigned Activities With The Necessary Quality Of The Delivered, Installed (In Applicable Cases) And Put Into Operation Computer Equipment, Ensuring Its Long-Term Operation. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Separate Item No. 2 With An Estimated Value Of Eur 638.33 Without Vat And Separate Item No. 3 With An Estimated Value Of Eur 2,555 Without Vat, Planned As Separate Items In This Public Procurement, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Their Individual Values - Through Direct Award On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Since The Value Of Each Of Them Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464/ Eur 79,998.77 And Their Total Estimated Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
