Awarding Of Building Planning Services In Accordance With Hoai 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34 (Service Phases 19) For The Conversion And Modernization Of The North Building On The Kinobauer Area In Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. The Five-Story Building Is To Be Gradually Converted For School Purposes To Relieve The Burden On The Neighboring Linden School Center. This Requires A Building Application Including The Change Of Use Of The Entire Building. In The First Phase, The Conversion Of Two And A Half Floors Is Planned And Should Be Planned In Such A Way That The Floors Can Be Operated Self-Sufficiently With Regard To The Technical Equipment. In The Long Term, The Entire Building Is Intended To Be Used For School Purposes.
