Open Houses, Information Sharing, Etc.) Identified In The Engagement Plan; And Identify A Recommended Corridor For The Passenger Rail Service Considering Infrastructure And Regulatory Requirements, Phasing For Introduction Of Service, And Effective Use Of Public Funds.
