Simplified Open Contract For Complete Rehabilitation Works For Workshops And Tourist Residential Building In La Figuera.The Object Of The Present Contract Consists Of Providing Workshop Spaces (Coworking) For Community Use By The Inhabitants Of The Municipality And Creating A Reserve Of Touristic Housing To Promote La Figuera As An Area Of Tourist Interest. The Main Actions In The Building Are The Following:-Energy Rehabilitation Of The Surroundings, With The Incorporation Of Thermal Insulation Of The Optimal Thickness To Promote A Good Thermal Behavior, As Well As Windows With The Necessary Benefits To Collaborate In The Global Efficiency Of The Building.-Renovation Of The Roof With A Ventilated Chamber And The Inclusion Of Thermal Insulation.-Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The New Roof With A Power Of 10 Kw (10.1Kwp) For Self-Consumption Connected To The Internal Network, And Located On The South-Facing Roof Skirt.-Interior Distribution Of The Functional Program That Guarantees An Internal Accessible Itinerary, Both For Communication Within The Same Level And Between Different Levels.-Equipment Of The Systems Of Updated And Efficient Installations, In Accordance With Current Regulations. All This In Accordance With The Basic And Executive Project Of The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Works Of A Building Intended For Workshops And Tourist Residence In La Figuera Drafted By The Architect Koldo Crespo. The Action Framed In The Present Contract Is Financed By The Grants Granted To Local Entities Assigned To The General Fund With The Partial Allocation Of The Income Related To The Activities Of Production, Storage And Transformation Of Nuclear Electric Energy, Derived From The Tax On The Facilities That Affect The Environment. Specifically, According To The Resolution Through Which The Distribution Of The Funds Of The Nuclear Transition Fund Is Approved To The Municipalities Of The Penta I And Ii Zone Of The Nuclear Power Plants Of Vandellòs And Ascó. This Contract Is Also Co-Financing From The Provincial Government Of Tarragona Through Its Investment Program Of The Impulsdipta 2026 Plan
