Executive Project Of Paving And Services Of A Section Of Carrer Doctor Gener And Carrereta De La Carretera With Actions As A Climate Shelter In The Municipality Of Montbrió Del Camp.Description Of The Object: The Object Of This Project Is The Definition Of The Redevelopment Works Consisting Of The Renewal Of The Paving And Services Of The Streets That Conform To The Scope Of The Project Defined In Section 2 Of This Report. These Works Are:- Demolition And/Or Diversion Of All The Pre-Existing Units Not Suitable For The New Determinations.- Clearing, Movement Of Land And Formation Of Trenches For Services.- Paving Of The Road As Well As All Those Complementary Units.- Sewer Network, With The Temporary Networks To Maintain Operation During The Works.- Drinking Water Network, With The Temporary Networks To Maintain Operation During The Works.- Undergrounding Of The Lighting Network, Maintaining The Existing Light Points. The Distribution Of The New Roadway Aims To Achieve A Viable Road With A Single Platform For Mixed Use (Pedestrians And Vehicles), And Create An Exclusive Pedestrian Zone From Carrer Dr. January No. 2, With Vehicle Access Control With Automatic Bollard Only For Neighbors And Authorized. The Actions Planned In This Project Are Also Aimed At Creating A Climate Shelter With Shrubs And Trees That Create Shadow Areas.
