Photography And Video Service To Cover Communication Events, Press Conferences, Corporate Events As Well As To Carry Out Photo Sessions For The Roda De Berà Town Council.The Object Of This Contract Is The Photography And Video Service To Cover Communication Events, Press Conferences, Corporate Events As Well As To Carry Out Photo Sessions Of The Town Hall Of Roda De Berà. For The Purpose Of This Contract, The Photographic And/Or Video Coverage Per Session, And The Realization And Production Of Photographic And Audio-Visual Works Of An Act Or Event Is Required. The Coverage Of Specific Acts And Events Of Municipal Interest That Take Place Throughout The Year, Which Will Be Previously Planned Or Communicated By The Communication Service Of The Town Hall, Is Required. The Service Will Have To Incorporate Journalistic Approach Criteria In Order To Document The Events With Informative Rigor And The Capacity Of Synthesis, Facilitating Their Institutional And Media Diffusion. In Accordance With Additional Provision 41 Of The Lcsp And Article 11 Of The Intellectual Property Law, The Services Object Of The Contract Are Considered Services Of An Intellectual Character To Be Considered Works Derivatives
