Tenders are invited for Improvements of Provincial Level Sports Complex Kilinochchi A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director (Procurement), Department of Sports Development, No. 09, Philip Gunawardhana Mawatha, Colombo-07 from 14.07.2026 until 04.08.2026 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs. (on Working Days) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash only. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Rs.2,000,000.00 (Rupees Two Million only). Bid Security shall be valid for 119 Days from the date of closing of the bids.
