The Investment Area Is Owned By The Municipality Of Mrągowo.2) The Scope Should Include, Among Others: Construction Of A Parking Lot With A Permeable Surface, Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs, Making Replacement Plantings And Removing Conflicts With The Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure.3) The Concept Of Land Development Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 4 Weeks Of Signing The Contract.4) Development And Agreement Of A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization, If Necessary.5) Development Of A Project For Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs In The Event Of A Collision Between The Designed Facilities And The Existing Greenery. And A Design For Replacement Plantings.6) The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan.7) In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Underground And Above-Ground Networks, The Contractors Obligations Include Developing A Design For Securing The Network Or Removing The Collision (Reconstructing The Network). This Also Applies To Situations In Which The Owners Of Individual Utilities Determine The Need To Reconstruct The Appropriate Network In The Issued Conditions.
