The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Earth, Road And Paving Works Aimed At Preparing The Area, Establishing Excavations And Tidying Up The Area In Selected Areas Within The Military Unit In Rembertów In Order To Enable Archaeological Research And Search Work To Be Carried Out By The Search And Identification Office Of The Institute Of National Remembrance - Commission For The Prosecution Of Crimes Against The Polish Nation.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Stages: Stage I - Basic Order And Stage Ii - Order Under The Option Law, The Scope Of Which Includes: Stage I - Basic Order - Covers The Area Marked With The Number I In The Illustrative Sketch, Within Which The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out, I.E.: 1) Preparation Of The Area For Archaeological Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance, Specified In Point 3.1 Of The Opz, Should Take Place In The Period Estimated By The Ordering Party: September 14-18, 2026; 2) Earthworks And Clean-Up (I.E. Excavation And Accompanying Works) As Part Of The Archaeological Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance (Specified In Points 3.2 And 4 Of The Opz) Should Take Place In The Period Estimated By The Ordering Party From September 21 To October 2, 2026. 3) Construction Works, Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of Archaeological Research / Exploration Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance (Point 3.3 Of The Opz) And Reporting The Works For Acceptance Will Take Place No Later Than On November 2026. Stage Ii - Option Right - Covers The Area Marked With Number Ii In The Overview Sketch, Within Which The Following Activities Are Expected To Be Carried Out: 1) Preparation Of The Area For The Archaeological Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance, Specified In Point 3.1 Of The Opz, Should Take Place Within The Period Estimated By The Ordering Party Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Informing The Contractor About The Decision To Exercise The Option Right; 2) Earthworks And Cleaning Works (I.E. Establishing Excavations And Accompanying Works) As Part Of The Archaeological Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance (Specified In Points 3.2 And 4 Of The Opz) Should Take Place In The Period Estimated By The Ordering Party From October 5-16, 2026. 3) Construction Works, Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of Archaeological Research/Exploration Works Of The Institute Of National Remembrance (Point 3.3 Of The Opz) And Submission Of Works For Acceptance Will Take Place No Later Than November 6, 2026. Note: Confirmation Deadlines Under The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Take Place During Archaeological Works Carried Out Under Stage I, Point 2) And Will Depend On The Intensity Of Archaeological Research.
