4.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Improvement Of Safety And Communication In The Pcim Commune On The Following Roads: 1. Internal Road Of Stróża Wójcikowo5. Internal Road Stróża Nychówka6. Internal Road Stróża Mała Gromada The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1) Earthworks, 2) Sub-Bases Made Of Crushed Aggregates, 3) Surfaces Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, 4) Construction Of Culverts, 5) Construction Of Drainage. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Bills Of Quantities, Maps And Stwior - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Offered Price Must Include All Cost Components Resulting From The Documents Attached To The Swz And Take Into Account The Requirements And Information Of The Ordering Party Included In The Swz, Taking Into Account Any Explanations From The Ordering Party. It Must Also Include Everything That Is And Will Be Necessary From A Technical Point Of View To Complete The Task In Question, Including Work In An Active Public Utility Facility, And Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Order. All Requirements Specified In The Document Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
