The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Container Building, Roofed Stands, And Elements Of The Accompanying Architecture Of The Pitch, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Titled: Together We Are Modernizing The Football Hole - Stage Ii. The Proceedings Do Not Apply To The Purchase By The Contractor Of Shelters For Competitors, Technical Judges And Paramedics. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Dismantle The Devices And Reassemble Them After Completing The Construction Works. The Contractor Will Harden The Area For The Above-Mentioned Shelters And Protect The Slope With Retaining Walls In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 2. The So-Called Pitch Dołek Is Located In Zielona Góra At Ul. Sulechowska 37. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plot No. 4/17, District 0013. The Facility Is Equipped With, Among Others: A Covered Stand, 4 Lighting Masts, Automatic Grass Mowing Installation And Installation Of A Ground Watering System.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation Included In Annex I.7 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Warranty For Work Defects For A Period Of 6 Months From The End Of The Warranty Period. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor.
