The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Collegium Polonicum Building In Słubice, Adapting It To The Current Requirements In The Field Of Fire Protection, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, And Providing Authors Supervision During The Works Performed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program And Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz). The Answers Provided By The Ordering Party To The Questions Submitted By The Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Valuation. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Proper Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever In The Content Of This Tor Or In The Annexes Thereto, The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contractor May Use Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Referred To In Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Law) Equivalent To Them. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction; Perform, At Your Own Expense, Inspection, Examination And Verification Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order; Agree On The Adopted Design Solutions With The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis And Take Into Account Recommendations Regarding Aesthetic And Functional Values. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. This Requirement Does Not Apply To Activities Covered By The Subject Of This Order And Falling Within The Scope Of Responsibilities Of Persons Performing The Functions Of: Designers, In Accordance With Chapter 7 Point 7.2 Of The Swz.
