Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Together With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Detailed Design Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.4) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Note - The Ordering Party Informs That That The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document That Can Only Be Used To Estimate The Size Of The Task (Lump-Sum Settlement). In Order To Properly Price The Offer, Please Read The Detailed Design And Stwior In Detail. The Price Of The Offer Should Include All Expenditure On The Execution Of The Construction Works In Question In Accordance With The Detailed Design And Stwior, Taking Into Account The Local Conditions Of Execution Of The Works.3. Before The Deadline Set For Submitting Offers In This Procedure, An On-Site Visit Will Be Organized To Enable Obtaining All Information Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer.3.2. The Ordering Party Informs That Participation In The Visit Is Obligatory.3.3. The On-Site Visit Can Be Carried Out On July 22 Or 29, 2026, From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., With Its Simultaneous Announcement Electronically In The Form Of Correspondence Via The Purchasing Platform At Least 1 Business Day In Advance.
