1. Part I Of The Subject Of The Order: Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In A Residential Building In Leszno At Ul. Nowy Rynek 27/1, Which Includes, Among Others: - Dismantling The Existing Installation - Lighting Installation - Socket Installation - Telecommunications Installation In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To This Swz (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz). Note: It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Place Of Work. The Lack Of Participation Of The Contractor In The On-Site Visit Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Exercise The Greatest Care When Preparing The Offer. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Of The Work Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. During The Visit, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Explanations To Questions From The Participants Of The Site Visit Regarding The Content Of The Swz. The On-Site Visit Serves To Familiarize The Contractor With The Area And The Scope Of Required Work And/Or For The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of Works And The Contractors Liability Within The Scope Of The Proposed Lump-Sum Offer Price Also Includes: 1) Organization And Development Of The Work Area And Work Facilities. 2) All Works Should Be Carried Out By Authorized Persons With Qualifications For This Type Of Work, Under The Supervision Of The Electrical Works Manager. 3) Proper Protection Of People And Equipment During The Execution Of The Order. 4) It Is Not Allowed To Collect And Store Any Post-Demolition Materials On The Work Site. 5) Post-Demolition Materials Obtained During The Construction In Question Should Be Managed On Your Own. Disposal Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Its Cost Should Be Included In The Offer Price. 6) Proper Protection And Marking Of The Work Site During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Until The Completion Of The Works And Final Acceptance. 7) After Completion Of The Works, Restore The Work Area To A Proper Condition And Order, Dismantle Any Temporary Structures And Tidy Up The Adjacent Area. 8) If It Is Necessary To Make Water And Electricity Connections For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract,
