The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Transport Service In A Safe And Punctual Manner By Transporting And Returning Students To Schools And Kindergartens In The Jerzmanowa Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 (Transport Of A Minimum Of 340 Children, With An Average Daily Mileage Of 240 Km). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Draft Contract To This Application. The List Of Routes Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Draft Agreement. The Service Will Be Performed With The Contractors Fleet. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Appropriate Number Of Means Of Transport To The Order (Minimum 3 Buses With 60 Seats) In Order To Carry Out Transport In Accordance With The Timetable And The Number Of Children. The Ordering Party Excludes The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle That Meets The Appropriate Technical Requirements For Road Traffic Within The Time Proposed In The Offer - But No Longer Than 40 Minutes From The Moment The Failure Is Discovered. If The Transport Cannot Be Carried Out, The Contractor Will Additionally Cover The Transport Costs Resulting From The Provision Of The Service By A Substitute Entity Selected By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Children During Transport To The Units And On The Way Back To Their Place Of Residence. The Number Of Vehicles On A Given Section Should Be Adjusted To The Number Of Children Transported. The Transport Service Should Not Be Classified As Regular Transport, The Service Is Provided Only To The Ordering Party. It Is Required That All Transported Students Are Provided With Seats On Buses (I.E. One Student = One Seat) And The Appropriate Temperature In The Vehicle Depending On The Season, I.E. In The Winter Season (From November 1 To March 31) From 5 To 15 Degrees Celsius And In The Summer Season (From April 1 To October 31) From 18 To 25 Degrees Celsius. Order Completion Date: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027. Transport Will Take Place On School Days, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year And On Days When The School Is Obliged To Provide Students With Educational And Care Activities And Days On Which Students Will Make Up For Other Days Free From School.
