1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept Along With Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Rowing Marina Building At Ul. Babia Wieś 3 – 5 In Bydgoszcz (Including Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Decisions, Certificates, Opinions And Arrangements Based On Which It Will Be Possible To Perform Construction Works). The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Appendix Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. Before Commencing The Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Procedure, An Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Of The Documentation To Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On Its Basis, Under The Conditions Specified In Point. 7 Opz.3. Order Completion Date: 16 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: Stage I - Within 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Stage Ii - Within 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Stage Iii - Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Stage Iv - Within 16 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Total Execution Of The Entire Scope, I.E. Stages I, Ii, Iii And Iv, Will Constitute The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.
