The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department, Located In The Town Of Błota, On Plots No. 281/2 And 256/2 In The Lubsza Commune. The Planned Expansion Includes The Construction Of New Rooms For The Hygiene And Sanitary Center And A Staircase Providing Communication With The Planned Attic Floor. In The Attic, A Social Room, A Toilet And Storage Rooms Are Planned. The Scope Of The Planned Reconstruction Of The Existing Part Of The Guard Building Includes Making A Door Opening In Place Of The Existing Window Opening And Dismantling The Existing Insulation Of The External Walls. The Existing Flat Roof Above Part Of The Building Is To Be Demolished In Order To Obtain The Required Height In The Light Of The Designed Rooms. It Is Also Planned To Enlarge One Of The Existing Gate Openings And Brick Up A Selected Window Opening. As Part Of The Planned Thermal Modernization, The Buildings Facades Will Be Covered With A New Layer Of Thermal Insulation Made Of Styrofoam Along With The Implementation Of The Designed Finishing Layers. Category Of The Building: Category Xvii - Public Service Buildings. The Task Includes: 1) Works Construction Works Described In This Documentation Include: 2) Disassembly Of The Wall Insulation Layer, 3) Disassembly Of The Existing Flat Roof Over Part Of The Building, 4) Execution Of Earthworks Related To The Preparation Of The Subsoil And Foundation Works, 5) Execution Of An Extension With Internal Installations And Superstructure Of The Existing Part Of The Building, 6) Bricking Up One Window Opening And Enlarging The Other One In The Eastern Façade Along With Installing New Door Joinery, 7) Finishing Works, Including Including Insulation Of External Walls And Plasters. As-Built And Acceptance Documentation After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular: 1. Acceptance Report Of Completed Works, 2. The Contractors Declaration On The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Contract, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge,3. Documents Confirming The Use Of Materials Approved For Use In Construction (Certificates, Declarations Of Performance, Certificates),4. Protocols Of Tests, Examinations And Checks Performed - If Required By The Scope Of Works,5. Warranty Cards And Operating Instructions For Installed Devices And Equipment Elements,6. As-Built Documentation With Changes Made - If There Were Any Deviations From The Design Documentation During The Implementation Of The Works,7. Other Documents Required By Law Or Resulting From The Specific Nature Of The Works Performed. Submitting Complete As-Built Documentation Is A Condition For Final Acceptance Of The Works.
