The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In: Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. At Olp Malinówka Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Design And Build Formula.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Boiler Room Building, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including A Geological Design For The Wells, Along With Arrangements And Approval By The District Office In Ełk, 3) Obtaining The Required Approvals, 4) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, 5) Drilling For Heat Pump Probes, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Heat Pump Equipment, 6) Technological Commissioning Of The Installation, 7) Commissioning Of The Installation.2. The Order Covers The Entire Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform And Accept Works Related To The Modernization Of The Boiler Room And To Conduct Technological Commissioning Of Complete Installations And Their Commissioning.3. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. When Pricing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of The Ffu And The Requirements And Guidelines Contained In This Swz.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Functional And Utility Program Constitutes A Description Of The Basic Requirements And Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Fup Does Not Constitute Any Limitation To The Contractors Concept And Cannot Constitute Grounds For Subsequent Claims To Increase The Scope And Change The Amount Of The Offer.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes Design Work, Authors Supervision Over The Completed Design Documentation, Construction And Assembly Works In The Boiler Room And The First Start-Up Along With Conducting Instructions On The Use Of Heat Pumps.6. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Analyzed The Possibility Of Dividing The Order And Concluded That It Is Unjustified For Technical And Functional Reasons Because The Subject Of The Order Is A Related Whole, Covering Both The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works In Olp Malinówka Facilities, The Technological Installations Of Which Are Interdependent And Must Ensure The Coherence Of The Operation Of The Entire Heat Supply System. Additionally, It Should Be Emphasized That The Implementation Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Requires Close Integration Of The Design And Implementation Stages, Which Argues For Entrusting The Entire Order To One Contractor Who Will Be Fully Responsible For The Final Effect Of The Investment.7. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Reserve Key Tasks To Be Performed Using Its Own Resources, I.E. Without The Participation Of Subcontractors Or Further Subcontractors.8. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcon
