The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Lighting Along With The Construction Of A Technological Duct Located Along Part Of Borchardta Street In Słupsk.2. The Main Subject Of The Investment Project Is: 1) Foundation Of New Lighting Poles With Booms, 2) Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, 3) Replacement Of Fixtures On Existing Poles, 4) Laying Of A Cable Lighting Line, 5) Disassembly Of Lighting Poles With Foundation, Boom, Fixture And Internal Cabling, 6) Laying Of A Service Channel With The Foundation Of A Well.3. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Activities: 1) Developing A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Approval, And Implementing It For The Duration Of The Works, 2) Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 3) Preparing As-Built Documentation, Including A List Of Individual Infrastructure Elements In The Road, 4) Performing Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Industry Arrangements, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And In The Bills Of Quantities, 5) Making And Installing An Information Board With Dimensions On The Day Of Commencement Of Construction Works. 180 X 120 Cm, Regarding Co-Financing Of The Investment In Question, In A Publicly Accessible And Clearly Visible Place, Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Of Construction Works Is Responsible For Maintaining It In Proper Condition Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Period.
