The Full Scope Of Works Was Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Design Should Take Into Account The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Adopted Material Solutions And Selected Technologies.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Modifications To The Adopted Design Solutions.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Approval Of The Documentation Of The Heating Station And Installation From Przedsiębiorsta Energetyki Cieplnej Legionowo Sp. Z O. O. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.7. The Contractor Declares That It Has Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order, Having The Necessary Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.8. The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Visit Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. (47) 725 58 98.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.11. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.12.
