Złockie, Commune Muszyna;- Measurement Works;- Earthworks And Preparatory Works;- Works Related To The Construction Of The Road Surface;- Works Related To The Implementation Of Drainage; Assumptions: - The Bills Of Quantities Were Treated By The Parties As Auxiliary Material For Estimating The Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Submitted Offer, The Contractor Included All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. - The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And With The Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts. - The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For The Built-In Materials And Devices. - As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Prepared Documentation. - For The Completion Date The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Is Considered The Date Of The Contract. - The Ordering Party Allows Shortening The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Procedure Is Described By A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System, By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, Provided That The Proposed Solutions (Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, Materials, Devices) Will Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party, Have The Required Certificates, And Meet Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Terms Of The Proposed Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, Materials And Devices Presented In The Technical Documentation, Provided That They Have No Worse Technical Parameters And Do Not Require Changing The Design Documentation. The Offered Equipment And Equivalent Materials Must Have Appropriate Certificates Or Approvals Required By Law, So That The Ordering Party Can Check Whether They Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Swz.
