3.1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Institute Of Medical Biology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences In Łódź At Ul. Lodowa 106 In The Design And Build Formula, In Particular: A) Renovation Of Existing Toilets Located On The 1St (Mens And Womens) And 2Nd Floor (Womens) Along With Reconstruction And Installation Of Internal Installations, B) Adaptation Of The Mens Toilet On The 2Nd Floor For The Needs Of People With Special Needs, C) Adaptation Of The Existing Room No. 207 (1St Stage) For The Needs Of The Bioactive Protein Identification And Screening Laboratory, 3.2. Complete Technical Documentation Should Include The Following Areas: - Architectural And Construction, - Structural, - Technological And Sanitary Installation, - Electrical And Instrumentation Installation - A Set Of Necessary Arrangements And Decisions If They Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, If Required By Applicable Regulations. All The Above. The Studies Should Be Delivered In Paper Form - At Least Two Copies For The Ordering Party And An Additional Number Of Copies Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, If Required By Applicable Regulations. All Final Versions Of The Designs (Along With Stamps And Signatures) Should Also Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version In A Non-Editable Form (Pdf) - Scans Of The Signed Documentation And Editable Documentation (Dwg) And Docx.
