No. 1 To Swz. The Opz Was Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. In A Clear And Comprehensive Manner, Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer
