The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport From The Students Place Of Residence To Kindergartens And Schools In The Poczesna Commune And The City Of Częstochowa And Return From The Above-Mentioned. Facilities To The Students Place Of Residence, As Well As Providing Care During Transport.2. The Service Is Planned To Cover 16 Disabled Students: Transport Of Disabled Children To Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027 - 209 Days - Excluding School Holidays And Holidays, Public Holidays, Days Off Determined By The Decisions Of The Directors Of Educational Institutions And Days When Schools Will Be Closed For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz4. The Estimated Amount In Km Delivered Per Day Is 247 Km For The Planned Number Of Delivery Days, I.E. 209 Days5. The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Provisions Of Regulation Eu 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And The Removal Of Directive 95/46/Ec (General Data Protection Regulation) (Oj Eu L 119 Of 04/05/2016) And The Act Of 29 August 1997 On The Protection Of Personal Data (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1781, As Amended). After Concluding A Public Procurement Contract As A Result Of The Resolution Of This Procedure, The Contractor Undertakes To Conclude An Agreement To Entrust The Processing Of Personal Data With The Ordering Party (Data Controller) In Accordance With The Above Provisions.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Supervise The Execution Of The Order, In Particular To: 1) Request For Inspection Of Documents Confirming The Efficiency Of Motor Vehicles And Registration Certificates Of Motor Vehicles, 2) Request For Inspection Of Documents Of Drivers And Guardians Confirming Their Qualifications To Perform The Subject Of The Order, 3) Control The Timeliness, Punctuality And Employment Of Persons Providing The Service, Based On The Approved Student Transport Schedule. Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Art. 100 Section 1 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, I.E. That The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People, The Ordering Party Informs That, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicles Intended For The Execution Of The Order Meet All Requirements For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including That The Vehicle Should Be Equipped With A Lift, Or An Elevator, Or A Ramp Enabling Easy Access To The Vehicle By A Disabled Person In A Wheelchair.
