1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Transport Service For 10 (Ten) Disabled Students Residing In: - 4 People. Szczekociny (1 Person In A Wheelchair), - 1 Person Residing In Drużykowa, - 2 People Residing In Bonowice (1 Person In A Wheelchair), - 1 Person Residing In Grabiec, - 1 Person Residing In Rokitno, - 1 Person Resident Wólka Ołudzka To The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Wolbrom (Ul. Skalska 22, 32-340 Wolbrom) Along With Providing Care During Transport. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Students To Be Transported During The School Year May Be Reduced. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Students To Be Transported During The School Year May Increase By No More Than 50%, I.E. Up To 15 Students.2. The Transport Service Will Be Provided In The Period From September 1, 2026 To July 30, 2027 On Working Days (I.E. Excluding Public Holidays And Saturdays) And Excluding The Christmas Break And Winter Holidays. 3. The Estimated Number Of Days During Which The Transport Will Be Carried Out Will Be 213 Days.4. The Transport Service Is Provided In The Scope Of Transporting Disabled Students From Their Place Of Residence To The School - Center And Bringing Students Home After Classes, In Cars Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including Students In Wheelchairs. Transport Will Take Place In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year, With Schedules And Detailed Timetables Established By The Director Of The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Wolbrom, To Which Transport Is Carried Out At Hours Specified In The Lesson Plan On School Days. Due To Changes In The Lesson Plan, Lesson Plans May Change During The School Year. The Contractor Is Obliged To Establish A Detailed Timetable With The Parents Of The Transported Students And The Director Of The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Wolbrom. After Agreement, The Contractor Will Provide A Detailed Timetable With Delivery Routes To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Determine The Optimal Timetable, Taking Into Account The Shortest Possible Travel Time For The Student, Taking Into Account That The Student Should Be Transported To The Facility In Time To Enable Him To Start Classes On Time And Be Picked Up After The Classes End.6.
