1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Wood Pellets For The Needs Of Municipal Facilities In The 2026-2027 Heating Season, Including Transport And Unloading.2. The Total Estimated Quantity For The Entire Duration Of The Order Is - 135 Pallets Of Wood Pellets, I.E. 131,625 Kg (This Quantity May Change Depending On The Current Demand In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 4.3.).3. The Minimum Order Quantity Is 100 Pallets, I.E. 97,500 Kg, The Maximum Order Quantity Is 150 Pallets, I.E. 146,250 Kg.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively To The Warehouse In Dębnica Kaszubska At Ul. Przemysłowa 1, 76-248 Dębnica Kaszubska.5. Deliveries Will Be Made After An E-Mail Order From The Ordering Party, With A Delivery Time Of No Longer Than 72 Hours. 6. In Each Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number Of Pallets Of Wood Pellets Included In The Delivery. The Minimum One-Time Order Is 6 Pallets Of Wood Pellets.7. The Supplied Wood Pellets Must Have The Following Parameters: 1) Compliance With The Din Plus A1 Standard Or An Equivalent Standard, 2) Compliance With The En Plus A1 Standard Or An Equivalent Standard, 3) Pellet Diameter 6 Mm, 4) Raw Material: Coniferous Trees, Free Of Physical (Sand, Stones) And Chemical Impurities (Solvents, Paints, Varnishes, Adhesives, Binders Or Hardeners).8. In The Event Of Any Reservations Raised By The Ordering Party Regarding The Required Parameters Specified In The Above-Mentioned Standard, The Ordering Party Will Order Tests To Be Carried Out To Ensure Compliance With The Required Quality Standards. If The Tests Show Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Quality Standards, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Supplier With The Costs Of The Tests And The Supplier Will Empty The Warehouse Of The Above-Mentioned Material At His Own Expense And Deliver New Material Meeting The Din Plus Standard.9. Wood Pellets Will Be Protected Against Moisture During Transport And Delivered In Welded Foil Bags With Printed Information About The Manufacturer And The Type Of Quality Certificate, Weighing 15 Kg, 20 Kg Or 25 Kg, On Non-Returnable Pallets Made In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technology. The Weight Of A Pallet With Cargo Should Not Exceed 1 Ton. Unloading Of Pallets (Hds, Elevator) Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
