The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Transferring, Repacking And Preparing Documentation And Labeling Of Chemical Reagents From The Premises Of The Faculty Of Chemistry Of The Rzeszów University Of Technology To The Building Of The Chemical Reagents And Waste Warehouse. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1. Transfer Of Reagents From The Wch Prz Premises To The Moioch Building: A. Approx. 4,000–5,000 Containers Containing Various Chemical Compounds; B. Estimated Around 2,000 Different Chemical Substances;C. Securing The Transferred Chemical Substances During Transport In Such A Way That They Are Not Destroyed And Protecting Them Against Access By Third Parties.2. Repacking And Unification Of Packaging: A. Verification Of Compliance Of The Substance Label With The Currently Applicable Clp Regulations. If Necessary, Create A New Clp Compliant Label;B. Assessment Of The Condition Of The Packaging, Its Compliance With Current Regulations, The Possibility Of Further Use Or The Need To Replace It With A New One; C. Repacking Chemical Substances Into New Packaging (If Required) While Observing The Safety Rules For Working With Chemical Substances; D. Combining Many Small-Capacity Packaging With The Same Quality Standard Into One Container; E. Providing New Packaging Adapted To Store Specific Chemical Substances.3. Preparation Of Documentation And Labeling:A. Development Of Safety Data Sheets For Hazardous Substances (Sds) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (Including Reach And Clp) – Supplementation Of Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Safety Data Sheets (Sds) Provided By The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Has And Makes Available An Sds Card For A Given Substance, The Contractor Does Not Prepare A New Sds Card And Does Not Charge A Fee For Its Development; B. Preparing, Printing And Applying New Labels Of Chemical Substances In Accordance With The Clp And Ghs Guidelines, Containing At Least: I. Name Of The Chemical Compound (In Pl And Eng),Ii. Cas, Ec, Ufi, Index Number, Iii. Mass Of The Substance (In The Appropriate Unit: Mg, G, Kg, Ml, L, Etc.),Iv. H/P Phrases - Pictograms Specifying The Type Of Hazard (If Applicable), Signal Words (If Applicable), V. Molar Mass (In The Appropriate Unit G/Ml), Vi. Name, Address And Telephone Number Of The Supplier;C. Labels Must Be Made Using The Thermal Transfer Technique, On Resin Matrices Resistant To Chemical Substances.4. Order Processing: A. Keeping Current Records Of Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Project, Including In Particular The Register Of Chemical Substances Transferred To Moioch, Relabeling And Repackaging, The Number Of Labels And Safety Data Sheets (Sds), As Well As The Number And Type Of Packaging Used In The Process Of Repacking Chemical Substances. B. Coordination And Supervision Of The Implementation Of Design Works, Including Consultations Regarding The Relocation Schedule Of Chemical Substances, Verification Of The Completeness And Correctness Of Data, Ong
