4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Light Minibus (Slbus) For Passenger Transport For The Volunteer Fire Department In Gorzków.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Complete Vehicle With Equipment That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.3. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law, In Particular Regarding The Admission Of Vehicles To Road Traffic.4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At His Own Expense And Risk.4.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Including Technical And Functional Requirements And The Required Vehicle Equipment Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.7. Equivalent Solutions. If Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems Or Other Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Models Or Other Markings Indicating A Specific Product Are Used, They Should Be Treated As Examples, Specifying The Minimum Required Level Of Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters. The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Provide Parameters And Functionality Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Offering Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate Their Fulfillment.4.8. Warranty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Vehicle And Equipment On The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 24 Months. The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor In Excess Of The Required Minimum Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter 17 Of The Tor.
