Contract Template With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Including, Among Others: List Of Units Constituting The Ias In Warsaw As Part Of Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Contract Template;3. An Annex That Specifies The Estimated Quantities And Types Of Tests In Relation To This Part Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: Annex No. 4A) To The Swz - Detailed Offer Form For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Warsaw Region. This Form Is Auxiliary To The Valuation Of The Gross Price Of The Offer.4. The Ordering Party Included All Information Regarding Subcontracting In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. Pursuant To § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Business Liability Insurance (Oc) For A Guarantee Sum With A Value Not Less Than The Gross Value Of The Basic Contract For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract For One And All Events.
