Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Children To Schools And Kindergartens In The Werbkowice Commune, Together With Providing Care During Transport On School Days In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027

Part 1 - Transport Of Students And Provision Of Care During Transport To The Primary School In Werbkowice, To The Local Government Kindergarten Bajka In Werbkowice. 120 People Will Be Transported. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Students Commuting To Schools And Kindergartens In The Werbkowice Commune, Along With Providing Them With Care During Transport On School Days. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue Personal Monthly Tickets Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Entitlement To Discounted Travel In Public Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 380, As Amended). The Contractor Must Have Valid Permits To Perform Regular Passenger Transport In Domestic Road Transport, Referred To In Art. 18 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended), To Regular Lines Including Bus Stops Located In The Werbkowice Commune On The Routes Of Transporting Children To Schools Under Part I And/Or Ii And/Or Iii Of The Task (Depending On Which Task The Contractor Submits An Offer For). The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Able To Issue A Personal Monthly Ticket For The Student On A Regular Line No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - For Tasks 1-3.
