All Costs Of Execution Of The Order, In Particular Costs Incurred In Connection With The Production Or Purchase, Transport Of The Delivery Item, Its Transfer To The Ordering Party, Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff As Well As The Costs Of Tests And Checks Carried Out During Acceptance At The Place Of Delivery Will Be Fully Borne By The Contractor As Part Of The Price Sales.3.The Contractor Must Offer A 24-Month Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Covered By These Proceedings, And Must Undertake To Repair Any Faults And Defects Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Quality Guarantee Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
