The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Multi-Discipline Construction And Executive Documentation For The Construction Of A U2 Type Hiding Place With Equipment And Full Technical Infrastructure, Located On Plots No. 108/1 And 108/2 In The Town Of Krzywcza, And The Implementation Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Documentation Is To Include In Particular: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design Of All Industries Together With Calculations, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bioz Information, Required Geodetic, Geotechnical And Environmental Studies As Well As All Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary For The Effective Conduct Of The Procedure For Obtaining A Building Permit And Execution Of Construction Works. The U2 Hiding Place Should Be Designed On Level -1, With Equipment And Infrastructure Ensuring The Required Autonomy Of The Facility, Including Full Sanitary Infrastructure, Autonomous Electrical Power Supply Including Photovoltaic Solutions, Energy Storage And A Power Generator, Social Facilities And Other Rooms And Installations Required For A Protective Structure Of This Type. The Designed Facility Should Use The Maximum Possible Development Area Within The Approximate Projection Of 30 × 30 M And Have A Flat Roof. The Final Parameters Must Result From The Terrain, Functional, Conservation, Technical And Legal Conditions And Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Scope Also Includes The Design Of Necessary Connections, In Particular Water, Sewage And Electricity, As Well As The Reconstruction Of Conflicting External And Municipal Infrastructure, If Necessary. The Investment Area Is Located In The Przemyśl-Dynowski Protected Landscape Area And In A Historic Park Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-193.
