Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing And Implementing On-Site Qualification Training Entitled: Biofeedback - 1St Degree For Teachers Of Primary Schools In The Wrocław Commune. 2. The Training Will Be Conducted In A Stationary Form For 1 Group, With A Minimum Duration Of 45 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes), For A Maximum Of 22 People (Minimum 18 People) Consisting Of Primary School Teachers In The Wrocław Commune.3. Form Of Training: Qualification Training, Stationary.4. Training Location: The Training Room Located In The Wrocław Commune Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Address Details Of The Room And Its Time Availability Within Three Business Days Of Signing The Contract. The Room Will Be Equipped With: • Seating For All Participants (Tables And Chairs), • Appropriate Lighting, Heated/Air-Conditioned Room, • Multimedia Projector, Screen, Computer For Displaying Presentations (If Required By The Training Program), • Internet Access (If Required By The Training Program) Note: The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Preparing Other Supporting Materials, Such As: Flipchart, Flipchart Paper, Set Of Markers, Etc. 5. The Recipient Of The Training Will Be School Teaching Staff.6. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party (After Prior Agreement With The Contractor), No Later Than Within 3 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Provided That: A) The Training May Take Place From Monday To Friday For A Maximum Of 8 Teaching Hours Per Day (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Min.) In The Hour Range From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. B) The Training Schedule May Be Changed By The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The Training Datec) The Training Will Take Place On The Date Specified In The Specification, Subject To The Reservation Indicated In Section. V Swz.7. Objective Of The Training: For Teachers To Acquire Qualifications In The Use Of The Biofeedback Method To Conduct Therapeutic Classes.8. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Number Of Training Participants A Maximum Of 3 Business Days Before The Training Start Date Resulting From The Training Schedule.9. The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor - In Order To Properly Prepare And Conduct The Training - Will Include In Particular: 1) Providing The Contractor With Appropriate Equipment For Presenting The Issues Of The Training Program (If Required By The Training Program). 2) Developing And Presenting An Electronic Version Of The Training Program To The Ordering Party For Approval - Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Detailed Training Program Must Be Prepared Based On The Following Guidelines: A) The Training Program Must Include: A Short Description Of The Training Idea, Indication Of Specific Training Objectives, Working Methods, Listing Individual Thematic Blocks Of The Training Along With
